JS polymer cement waterproof coating is a flexible waterproof coating, that is, a kind of film waterproof coating.

Scope of application
1. Polymer cement waterproof coating is applicable to waterproof, anti-seepage and moisture-proof works (type II) of non exposed terraces, toilets and bathrooms and external walls, as well as exposed roofs (type I).
2. It can also be used for coating waterproof (type I) of underground works, tunnels and caverns.
3. Road and bridge, water pool and water conservancy project coating waterproof Engineering (type I).
Construction method
1. Base course - the surface of the base course shall be flat, solid, free of sharp corners, floating dust and open water, and the waterproof nodes shall be treated according to the design requirements. The oil stain shall be cleaned, and the concave damaged part shall be leveled.
2. Batching - the proportion of liquid material, powder material and water marked on the product package. The filling amount of water can be adjusted appropriately to adjust the viscosity of the coating and meet the construction requirements of different parts of the facade and plane.
3. The mixing method of polymer cement waterproof coating is to pour the liquid material and water into the mixing bucket, slowly add the powder under the continuous mixing of the portable mixer, mix for more than 5 minutes, and thoroughly mix evenly, in slurry without agglomeration.
4. Additional waterproof layer for details -- fill the reserved groove with sealing material according to the design requirements, apply jsa-101 to the internal and external corners, pipe roots and other details for multiple times (2-4 times), and lay a layer of matrix reinforcement for underground works.
5. Construction of large surface waterproof layer - the waterproof film shall be coated several times, preferably four times. The coating time of each time is generally 8h, which should be extended in winter. The thickness of each coating should be 0.4-0.5mm, and the amount of coating should be about 0.8kg/m2. It is not suitable to be too thick. The facade construction should not add water or less water, so as to prevent the coating from flowing, so that the facade thickness is not easy to reach the design thickness, and at the same time, the accumulated materials at the internal and external corners are too thick, resulting in cracks. When adding matrix reinforcement materials, the matrix shall be paved without wrinkles, and the overlapping shall not be less than 100mm. During construction, the coating shall be applied first, and then the coating shall be applied again.
6. After the completion and acceptance of the coated waterproof layer, the protective isolation layer shall be constructed according to the design requirements.
matters needing attention
1. During the construction of polymer cement waterproof coating, the air temperature must be higher than 5 ℃, and it is not suitable for construction in cloudy and rainy weather or when there is open water in the base course.
2. The surface decoration construction can only be carried out after the waterproof coating film is dry. The drying time is about 2 days, and the wet environment shall be extended appropriately.
3. The internal and external corners of the facade of the toilet and bathroom are not made into circular arc. In areas with low temperature and dry air, type I polymer cement waterproof coating should be selected.
Storage and transportation method
1. Storage: the products shall be stored in a warehouse with room temperature not lower than 0 ℃.
2. Transportation: This product is a non dangerous product. During transportation, it shall be protected from rain, exposure and freezing, and the powder shall be protected from moisture.
